Traded in my 2023 Porsche Cayenne in because believe me there are substitutes! Lol. Most recently, relating to a car purchase which car I absolutely love, I want to thank Andre and Samir. Andre was extremely patient, super helpful, and very knowledgeable about the vehicles. Samir was also great. He facilitated the purchase very smoothly and was extremely courteous throughout the process. Both of them were very honest and their response times to any question was answered expediently. Whole hearted thanks to this dealership, their service department and sales team.

Another good experience with the service department at Jaguar Sarasota. No appointment and I was welcomed by Dean and Jorge. They both were friendly and got me in and out in one hour with a new tire , I had unfortunately needed to replace the old tire that was losing air because of a nail in the sidewall. Thank you Jorge and Dean for your kind treatment and fast work.

Just moved to Florida. First time having my vehicle serviced at Jaquar Sarasota. As usual you come in for one service and leave with two or three others. But this was not an over sell of service. They sent me a video of the inspection of the car, which was an improvement of past services. The recommended service was required to be performed sooner than later and both required immediate attention. So, it saved me another visit to the service department. Excellent car buying experience, considering its one of the most annoying things to do in life. Despite all of that Chris Richardson was attentive to our needs, found the right car and made a deal work for us that was not stressful. He was not pushy and understood our situation. The finance person took very good care of wrapping everything up as well and was attentive to detail on ensuring our finance agreement matched our deal exactly with no pushy nonsense. I highly recommend this dealership and Chris R and their team. Catherine is awesome in Service as well!

Our experience at Range Rover Sarasota was very good! Our service tech was exceptional in providing a solid quote and status of the job. We had brought the car in for vibration - and they fixed two items that could have caused the vibration, which they did need repair, it did not fix the original vibration problem. We brought the car in again for the same vibration issue and they worked with us again on a second visit and solved the vibration problems by replacing the axle.

I stopped at my dealership at Range Rover with a warning single that my tire was low, thought since I didn’t have. Appointment I would have to come back another day, but instead in less than a hour my tire was fixed and I was on my way, that’s what I call service!
The service person assigned to me greeted me early and had everything ready for my first service. The service technician sent me a video of the entire undercarriage of my car and explained everything that was checked during the appointment. A loaner car was ready for my use and a service person explained how to use it since it differed from my car. All in all it was a great service experience!
Scott was a great help. Being in the automotive industry myself, I have an understanding of what it’s like to deal with customers and vehicles with ghost problems. The crew did the best they could to diagnose and fix the problem. So far my E Pace is running as it should. Both times we’ve had our car there they took care of us and were professional and we will continue to use them in the future. Thanks for all you do.
