After being charged an electronic filing fee, a third party tag agency fee and title registration fees, my vehicle registration was done wrongly and it has been an uphill battle to get it corrected. My temp tag has expired and this has put me at risk of citations, fines and even vehicle impoundment. I need this vehicle to get to and from work and there is no indication that your establishment is taking any expedited action to rectify the issue.

Over the years service here has been great. After the change in ownership it has been ok but not as personal and focused as before. After the last servicing they are having trouble figuring out what seems to be a simple problem.

I scheduled an appointment to test drive a car and after a 45 min drive to the dealership, I was told the car suddenly wasn’t available. I went back a few days later and ended up purchasing the car and the rest of the experience was great.
Since the vehicle is back at dealership for 4th time; I’d rather do evaluation when it’s fixed. The initial problems began when the dealer prep technician came out to program the garage door opener, gate opener, etc., and orientation to new vehicle. He noticed check engine light was on and the fuel gas door would not open despite multiple attempts on releasing. The process unfortunately started very early for me I just picked up my new F-Pace that week and somehow got a flat tire. But it got only better from there after calling service they had my car picked up brought to the dealer inspected, a video was sent which was very thorough the tire needed to be replaced which I bought the extended warranties for and it was covered which turned a very frustrating situation to a great turnout. My experience with this GLE has been very disappointing. The day after purchasing the vehicle, I brought it back to the dealership because it was pulling to the right and did not feel stable on the road. I was told it was an alignment issue and that it had been corrected, but the vehicle continues to pull to the right and the concern was never actually resolved.

We just stopped by to look at a car and wound up driving it off the lot that day. Our salesman Greg gave us all the information and let us know of the additional details done to the vehicle. The credit staff gave us the deal we were comfortable and made our choice to purchase.

Adrian was professional and very helpful in addressing my concerns and streamlining the SUV purchase. There was an issue with two of the GV80 tires, it took some time for the dealership to correct the issues. Overall it was a good experience working with JLR.

While making a purchase at Jaguar Sarasota was less than acceptable, the service department is TOP NOTCH! From the time I arrived to the time my car was delivered to me (I waited in the lounge), communication was impeccable! My wait was just under 2 hours and in that time I had a face to face visit from Jorge and also got a video from the technician explaining what was happening with my car. I purchased a BMW X5 from Jaguar Sarasota and had a great experience from start to finish. I dealt with Samir over the phone before driving to Sarasota. He was very accommodating and responded almost immediately to all of my requests. After a 5 hour drive to the dealership I was tired. I was there to have a mudflap repaired. It needed a bolt which was replaced quickly. Katherine was very efficient and pleasant.

Rob was very professional throughout the process and I would definitely buy from him again. The car I bought had a few issues that weren't readily apparent from the initial test drive. After some back and forth, management at Jaguar eventually made it right. Title took a while to sort out but that also was eventually made right by Jaguar. Five stars because even though the process wasn't as smooth as it could have been, it ended up with a satisfactory result. Absolutely none of the speedbumps were due to Rob, who was wonderful throughout the process.
