Scott quickly informed us our vehicle needed a new engine. We asked if it could possibly be anything else and Scott said a new engine was the only option. He immediately referred us to a sales representative. Upon learning we had a third party warranty, he attempted to get a new engine approved and the process took close to a month. It was denied a new engine by the warranty company due to sludge. Our initial invoice was over $900 for diagnostics. We had a great experience shopping for my wife's car. We went in looking at several different cars. Our salesman was patient and helpful. We ended up purchasing a Mercedes they had that fit what she was looking for in a car perfectly. Only complaint is the car was still linked to its previous owner and they did not do that for us. We had to take it to a Mercedes dealership in Fort Myers to do this.

I was assured that my preferred bank would finance my new truck, but they ultimately chose a bank that expedites the release of funds and restricts customer choices. The interest rates were incredibly high, and they failed to offer any assistance to help me secure a better deal.
